Return and Refund Policy

At Threadscapes.pk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 7-day return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Exchanges
For the fastest exchange process, return the original item after approval and make a new purchase for the desired product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any reason or justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
